Refund policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

The short version: in your first 12 months as a paying customer, you can get a full refund of any payment if you ask within 30 days of it. No questions asked. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

1. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. We take a card at checkout and charge US$0. If you cancel during the trial in the billing portal, you won't be charged, and you can keep using Clocked Off until the trial ends. If you don't cancel, your trial becomes a paid annual plan after 30 days.

2. Refunds in your first year

In your first 12 months as a paying customer, you can get a full refund of any payment for Clocked Off if you ask within 30 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason.

3. After your first year

Renewal payments after your first 12 months aren't covered by no-questions refunds. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal to stop your next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply (see section 6).

4. How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@zexus.tech from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it.
  2. We'll confirm your refund, usually within 2 business days.
  3. The refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

5. What happens to your licence

When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends and paid features stop working. View and Restore keep working, so you can still check your phone systems and roll back changes.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If Clocked Off has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund whenever it happens, not just in your first year. If a failure isn't major, we'll fix it within a reasonable time; if we don't, you're entitled to a refund.

7. Compatibility mode

3CX may break compatibility mode at any time through an update, patch, licence or rule change. Use it at your own risk. You are responsible for your own 3CX licence compliance. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If compatibility mode stops working, you can still ask for a refund under section 2 if you're within the time limit, and your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
